In a Model Parliamentary simulation, the Lok Sabha provides delegates with the chance to delve into the intricacies of Indian politics — encompassing coalition dynamics, party ideologies, legislative procedures, and constitutional debates. The discussions can cover topics such as national security, economic reform, social justice, and federal governance, necessitating that participants strike a balance between political interests and public accountability.

Aaron Mirza is a Law Graduate with an interdisciplinary masters in International Relations, International Law and Global Business. He has been a passionate and enthusiastic debater during his student days tracing back to 2011 and had created a niche reputation for himself in Model UN's across Asia and Youth Parliaments throughout India. He started his professional career as an Assistant Professor for Political Science and International Law at St. Joseph's College of Law, Bangalore where he taught Political Science, Public Administration and Public International Law. Thereafter he served as a National Spokesperson of the Youth Wing of a Political party in India before becoming a freelance Political Consultant & Strategist. Aaron Mirza has worked and successfully managed campaigns of Political Parties and individuals within India and outside including the successful Presidential Election campaign in an African Country. Recently, he was tasked with the Electoral Campaign focusing on consolidation of Youth Voters and First time voters for a National Political party in the state of Telangana and subsequently was one of the leads managing the Electoral War Room of that party during the recently concluded Lok Sabha Elections in Telangana. His core areas of Interest and expertise include the practical aspects of Political Parties and Elections, Electioneering in India & Eastern Africa, Political Communication, Micro Electoral Campaigns and Constitutional Approach towards Modern Indian Politics.

Vedh Madapu is an IBDP-1 student at Oakridge. You usually find him playing or watching either basketball, cricket or football, and while he is not on the edge of his chair supporting the Golden State Warriors, SRH or Barcelona, you can find him dancing at a party.
